María Isabel (Belle) Pérez Cerezo (Neerpelt, 29 januari 1976) is een Spaanse zangeres. Hoewel ze in België geboren is en daar altijd gewoond heeft, heeft ze enkel de Spaanse nationaliteit, omdat haar beide ouders Spaans zijn. Ze is vooral bekend door haar Spaans getinte, opzwepende nummers. De Vlaamse Latin-diva kent behoorlijk succes in Nederland, Vlaanderen en in Duitsland. Ze is vooral bekend met het nummer: Que viva la vida, wat in de Benelux de soundtrack was voor de animatiefilm Madagascar.
