Tag & Rename is a simple and intuitive program to manage and organize MP3 music files in general.



Allows you to develop collections of audio tracks of various kinds through the use of existing tags, modified and inserted by the user. Among the elements supported are: MP3 (ID3v1, ID3v2.2, ID3v2.3 and ID3v2.4), MusePack MPC / MP + (tag APEv1, APEv2 and ID3v1 tags), Windows Media (WMA, WMV and ASF), Ogg Vorbis / Flac / Speex, Apple iTunes AAC (m4a), Flac and more.

Tag & Rename does handle virtually any type of information relating to song lyrics, artwork, rating, artists, titles, composers and compilation. The tag editor can also be used in batch mode to process large sets of files without requiring any intervention from the user. The program is able to interface with the database online to download titles and covers associated with libraries. It also lends itself to rename folders and MP3 files and create playlists. The information can be exported in formats XLS, CSV, and HTML, as well as file can be imported from Excel. The application is suitable for even the most demanding enthusiasts, who may have information-rich and highly configurable options.
