I wanted to learn how to upload to a news.server and add that spot to SPOTNET So I found a Tutorial: After running in to some problems that where not clear in the tutorial I found on Spotnet: 
I thought lets update that tutorial during the POSTING TEST I DID: 7days! (UPLOADING IS TIME COMSUMING!) and upload it to SpotNet And look now its finished:

Title: Tutorial Create all files for Upload to a news.server and Post it at SpotNet. for MOVIES (BLU-RAY 18GB+) Because creating PAR2 from rar-files above 18GB+ is a bit more difficult! Of course this methode is also useable for smaller media.

PROGRAMMA's: die nodig zijn:

WINRAR:                           om je bestanden in te pakken en te splitsen.
ALT.BINZ:                          om je upload te testen.
Cool beans NFO creator:  om te kunnen uploaden.
Quicksfv:                          Om het sfv bestand te kunnen lezen om de bestanden te controleren na           
                                         downloaden.
Quickpar:                         als alternatief om de PAR 2 bestanden te repareren.
Multipar:                          om de PAR2 bestanden te creeren. (Multipar kan wel meer dan 4 GIG RAM 
                                        aan tijdens het Creeeren).
Camel Power-Poster:      Voor het Uploaden: en een NZB en svf bestand te creeeren. 
2.3 or higher:                  en om de bestanden die beschadigd blijken na uploaden te herstellen door  
                                       middel van (OPNIEUW UPLOADEN).
