Determination, speed, and dexterity are the key assets needed to complete Trailblazer successfully. In this racing=puzzle hybrid, you control a wheeled vehicle called the Trailblazer on a tiled course. The goal of each track is to reach the end before the time runs out. The Trailblazer is controlled by pressing left and right on the D-Pad. The Trailblazer will need to be steered left and right in order to avoid gaps or special tiles in the track. The Trailblazer can be made to go faster or slower by pressing and releasing the X button. Also on each track the player has a pre-determined number of jumps that can be used to further avoid the obstacles that litter each track. Be sure to identify and avoid the squares, which will either speed you up, or make you jump automatically. Keep a careful eye on the clock as the more time you have left at the end of each level, the more bonus time you will be awarded.
