³º HEAVENS FIRE º ³
³º .........was formed by guitarist/song writer JT º ³
³º Harris, drummer/lyricist Mike Mackinnon and º ³
³º bassist Andy Narsingh prior to their 2000 º ³
³º release on Now and Then records entitled “The º ³
³º Outside" which consisted of many songs already º ³
³º written before JT got involved. After many º ³
³º negative reviews and disappointing record sales, º ³
³º the band took on a whole new approach, sound and º ³
³º direction as JT took over all song writing º ³
³º duties for the follow up CD. Fate however, had º ³
³º other plans. On the same day of their first º ³
³º release, the band lost their drummer in a tragic º ³
³º accident while JT and his dad went on to º ³
³º contract cancer just a year after that. Despite º ³
³º given months to live, JT managed to recover º ³
³º within a year and has been healthy ever since. º ³
³º His dad however was not so lucky as the cancer º ³
³º had returned which forced him to be confined to º ³
³º his bed for his final years on earth. Without º ³
³º JT, and no one else to write new material, the º ³
³º project was put on hold indefinitely as JT º ³
³º stayed home to help provide care for his father. º ³
³º There was no Heavens Fire activity of any kind º ³
³º for over 10 years. º ³
³º 2012: HEAVENS FIRE is reborn!! After mourning º ³
³º the loss of his dad, JT is finally ready to º ³
³º write again and tour as well. He soon hires long º ³
³º time friend Darren Smith and local drum prodigy º ³
³º Alexis Von Kraven to go into Phase One Studios º ³
³º and finish the music he had written to his new º ³
³º album "Judgement Day" but there would be another º ³
³º delay shortly after it’s completion. Darren was º ³
³º chosen to be the lead singer of Jake E Lee’s new º ³
³º band Red Dragon Cartel and another vocalist had º ³
³º to be used in Darren's place to wrap up the º ³
³º Judgement Day tour. º ³
³º JT has finished writing the music for another º ³
³º HEAVENS FIRE album and may team up again with º ³
³º Darren Smith down the road if he becomes º ³
³º available. Till then, JT is currently writing º ³
³º music for a brand new project that will be º ³
³º announced shortly and that he plans to take out º ³
³º on an international tour starting in 2015. º ³
