Broken Sword 5: The Serpent's Curse is the fifth title in the Broken Sword series of adventure video games, developed and published by Revolution Software, for Microsoft Windows, OS X, Linux, PlayStation Network (via PlayStation Vita), Android and iOS. The game is being released in two episodes: the first was made available on 4 December 2013; the second will be released in the first quarter of 2014.[4] It was announced on 23 August 2012, along with a Kickstarter project; it was launched for the development of the game, which had been self-funded until the launch, to be completed. The game will be in HD and will return to the series' 2D roots, with 3D characters pre-rendered and saved in 2D frames.
